Tandoor provides food with a smoky flavour. The exercise tenderises the food. Tandoori chicken, Butter naan and Tandoori gobi are some of the delicacies that are prepared in a tandoor. Samosas:- It is treated as an easy takeaway snack in India. The dish is made in almost every Indian restaurant. A samosa is a conical snack that is filled with a savoury filling and fried till golden brown. The stuffing mainly contains potatoes, peas and onions. The delicacy is served with a chutney. 

Although samosa too was introduced by the Mughals, people know it to be an Indian delicacy. It has a rich history as it travelled across Central Asia to reach where it is today. You can find the mention of samosas in 9th-century Persian writings. It first appeared on Indian soil in the 1300s.
